My name is Karsten (Cars- ten). I am an aquarius, yoga lover living in Minneapolis, MN. I have been an avid journal user since my college years. Writing is a mental luxury for me, a way to slow down and sit with my own thoughts.

At 25, I’m a nanny training to become a yoga sculpt instructor, passionate about crafting the perfect cup of coffee, and beginning my journey in the blogging world.

My biggest fears are cheese and being misunderstood. My deepest desire? A morning cup of coffee.

ESPRESSONANNY took shape in reflection, a name that mirrors who I am in this moment. A nanny, fueled by espresso. I created a blog years ago that’s no longer public—here I am again.

Now I’ll write about whatever inspires me—sometimes it might be nanny life, sometimes coffee or lattes, and sometimes something completely unexpected.
